“We had stayed at the hotel only a week earlier and had asked for the same or similar room for the the three of us (two adults and a child). The room we had then was excellent. However on this occasion despite paying a little more it was smaller, had the strangest lighting set up (if you turned on the bathroom lights you it meant a single ceiling light above our child bed came on..ideal when he needed to sleep). When we arrived we had to ask 3 times for the sofa bed to be made up…it was……

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Really convenient. Lovely place to stop off on the way to Bordeaux. Merci”

“De kamer was OK. Klein raampje dat uitkeek op airco units en een airco die niet goed werkte en bovendien niet lager dan 20 graden kon. Goede bedden, stapelbed voor de kinderen. Ok, maar niet echt 4 sterren waardig.”

“Accueil impécable Appartement super Propreté : peu mieux faire Autres : linge de toilettes inadapté à des adultes, plus de gel douche, une fin de papier toilette Tout le reste nickel !”

“Trace de brûlure sur le matelas et propreté à revoir, cheveux restants etc... concernant la literie. Chambre donnant sur une place piétonne, côté entrée Cc très bruyante, Il faut fermer la fenêtre, pas de clim donc assez chaud. Avantage de la localisation, près du centre ville à pied c'est tout...”
